Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: 13 June 2026

How Lorikeet subscriptions renew, cancel and how refund requests are handled under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Lorikeet subscriptions. It does not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Monthly subscriptions

Lorikeet Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancelling

3. Refunds

We handle refund requests fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy if the service has a major problem, is not provided with acceptable care and skill, or does not match a clear representation we made.

For change-of-mind requests, accidental renewals or duplicate charges, email [email protected] with your account email, date charged and reason. We will review the request and respond as soon as practicable.

4. Failed payments and access

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and Lorikeet may temporarily restrict Pro features until payment is resolved.

5. Receipts and invoices

Stripe provides payment receipts. If you need an invoice or school finance information, contact [email protected]. If Lorikeet is required to issue a tax invoice for a taxable sale, we will do so in accordance with Australian tax requirements.

6. Annual or school plans

If annual or school plans are offered, the relevant quote, invoice or checkout page will explain the billing period, renewal terms and cancellation process.
